This list includes individuals who are working at Camp JCC this summer and passed our background check at the time that they were hired. The individuals on the list have expressed an interest in being contacted to work this summer for families individually. By accessing this list, you understand and agree that any arrangements made between families and the individuals on the list are separate from the Bender JCC of Greater Washington (the “Center”). The Center does not in any way warrant or guaranty the suitability of the individuals for any arrangement outside of the Center, nor is the Center in any way supervising or otherwise responsible for the conduct of any individual on this list. The Center is publishing this list as a public service during an unprecedented time causing an unprecedented need for child care/activities. All individuals accessing this list for themselves, their respective spouses or partners, their children and heirs of any kind (i.e., the “Family”), agree to and hereby release the Center from and against all claims that such Family may have associated with the hiring of individuals on this list for any reason and for any dispute(s) of any kind or nature, which may arise between you and the individuals on this list, including but not limited to any claims, injury, or damage to the Family, their minor child/children, the individual being hired, or property.
