Fitness & Wellness Programs
Ideal for exercise and relaxation, individuals and families, the Bender JCC boasts two large heated pools (indoor and outdoor) for use year round and comprehensive swim classes, lessons, and clinics for all ages, abilities and skill levels.
Led by certified instructors and designed to boost endurance, strength, and motivation, the Bender JCC offers daily group fitness classes for all interests and skill levels. We also offer in-person, outdoor and hybrid classes.
Fitness isn’t just for adults! The Bender JCC offers a children’s play gym, designed for safe, high-energy recreation. Plus, visit our sports programs page for a full listing of our youth sports and recreational programs.
From one-on-one personal training to specialty TRX Suspension, the Bender JCC offers a variety of personal training options, all designed to help meet your needs and goals. We also offer in-person, outdoor and virtual training options.
