Personal Training Options

With one-on-one personal training, you will benefit from a customized session that is designed with your goals in mind.

This 60 minute, women only program, is designed to target multiple muscle groups at once. You will build lean muscle, lose body fat and burn calories, in a short amount of time.

Train with a partner. 1-hour duet training is a great way to stay motivated and on track to meet your personal fitness goals.

For ages 8-12, personal training is customized to meet the specific needs of our younger members.  These workouts are a great way to introduce your children to fitness in a fun and safe environment.
