Tai Chi’s flowing and strength-building movements improve stress management while increasing flexibility, strength, memory, agility, and balance. It derives power from the cultivation of internal strength, rather than muscle power and is therefore both physically and mentally challenging. This class will be conducted via Zoom.
Classes will focus on Yang Short Form. Students should be able to stand on one foot for several seconds at a time and plan to acquire one new move per week.
