Tai Chi’s flowing and strength-building movements improve stress management while increasing flexibility, strength, memory, agility, and balance. It derives its power from the cultivation of internal strength, rather than muscle power. It is physically and mentally challenging.
The class session will focus on the Yang Short Form. Students should be able to stand on one foot for several seconds at a time and plan to acquire one new move per week.
