About 36 million falls are reported among older adults each year. Having good balance is part of preventing falls. In this educational session, you will learn the systems of balance, the types of balance and strategies to improve your balance. This 30-minute presentation will be followed by a Q & A session. Led by Katrina Wolf, Owner of Agewell Senior Fitness and in partnership with Synergy Home Care.
