Emma Hertzberg

Emma is a nutritionist and certified health coach. She received her health coaching certification from Health Coach Institute and completed her bachelor’s degree in nutrition and food science with a concentration in dietetics from the University of Maryland in College Park.

With a gentle, non-restrictive approach, Emma guides her clients to make intuitive diet and lifestyle changes so they can discover their unique version of optimal health and experience pleasure and freedom inhabiting their bodies.
