Not Just Swimming – Surviving!

Lessons are every day, Monday – Friday for only 10 minutes a day.

For ages 6 months – 4 years, ISR (Infant Swimming Resource) is the global leader in survival swimming lessons for infants and young children ages 6 months – 4 years. ISR teaches children Self-Rescue® techniques, designed to help them survive should they find themselves in the water alone.

ISR’s unique results are achieved through fully customized, safe and effective, one-on-one lessons with only your child and the Instructor in the water. Always putting safety first, ISR emphasizes competence, which leads to confidence, and provides the foundation for a lifetime of enjoyment in and around the water.

Ages 6 months – 12 months learn the ISR Self-Rescue® skill of rolling onto their backs to float and rest until help arrives.

Ages 12 months – 4 years learn the full ISR Self-Rescue® sequence of swimming until they need air, rotating back to float, then rolling back over to continue swimming, until they reach the safety of the steps or side of the pool.

Cost: $135 per week / per child*
*with Bender JCC Membership. General public – rates may vary.
