Having chronic back pain? Want to strengthen your core? This class is for YOU! This class is specially designed to help people strengthen in the supportive environment of the water. Kathy Aitken, PT, will use her 30 plus years of experience in Aquatic Therapy to lead the class. This class is limited to 15 people, and runs in 6 week sessions.
