Group Exercise Classes 

Try out one of our group exercise classes for free! Following the class, our staff will be available to answer questions about other classes, and Bender JCC membership.

Zumba: 10-11 AM 

Led by two dynamic instructors, this workout combines Latin and international rhythms with easy-to-follow dance moves for a full body cardio session. Perfect for all fitness levels, Zumba blends fitness and fun. No dance experience needed – just bring your energy and get ready to move!

Tai Chi: 11:15 AM 12:15 PM  

This class is ideal for beginners, offering a welcoming space to explore the foundational movements and principles of Tai Chi while connecting to its meditative benefits. Whether you’re looking to improve your physical health, relieve stress, or find greater mental clarity, Tai Chi provides a holistic approach to wellness that is accessible to all.

Cycle: 1:00-1:45 PM  

Looking to build some endurance and strength? Come join us for an indoor ride and work up a sweat! All levels are welcome!
