Senior Adult Programs at the Bender JCC
The Bender JCC of Greater Washington sponsors an extensive range of activities for older adults — including kosher lunches, classes, lectures, excursions, educational and cultural programs, programs for visually impaired senior citizens, ESOL and citizenship classes for immigrants, educational seminars, cultural programming, self-directed groups, volunteer opportunities, exercise and health education — as part of its ongoing commitment to wellness and the welfare of adults in the community. The Center is a home away from home for thousands of senior adults.
