Personal Training

Train with a partner. 1-hour duet training is a great way to stay motivated and on track to meet your personal fitness goals!

Small group training is a cost-effective way to unlock the benefits of working with a personal trainer. Members can join a small group training session in any of the following classes:

  • Junior Strength Training
  • Balance and Body Mechanics
  • Body Building
  • Core and More
  • Fitness 101
  • Functional Fitness
  • Strong As A Mother
  • Teen Fit Training (ages 13 – 16)
  • Teen XFIT Training (ages 14 -18)
