Held each summer in locations across the United States, the JCC Maccabi Games ignite excitement for everyone involved—from teen athletes and volunteers to coaches and host families. The Mid-Atlantic Junior Games offer a one-day experience for Jewish athletes ages 9–12, bringing together participants from across the East Coast for spirited team and individual competition.

The Bender JCC’s specialty group exercise classes connect people through movement, encouragement, and community. Small, welcoming classes offer personalized support for all fitness levels. From Aqua Suspension and Krav Maga to Tai Chi, participants build strength, confidence, and lasting connections in an environment where everyone moves forward together.

The Bender JCC offers one-on-one (private) or two-on-one (semi-private) swim instruction exclusively for Bender JCC members. 

The Isadore and Bertha Gudelsky Exceptional Swim Program helps children, teens, and adults with orthopedic-related disabilities enjoy aquatics.

Personal training at the Bender JCC offers customized one-on-one and small‑group sessions designed to help you reach your fitness goals. Our certified trainers provide personalized guidance, motivation, and support.

Free to members, the Bender JCC’s aquatic group fitness classes, including Aqua Zumba, Flex & Stretch and Aerobics, are low-impact total body workouts ideal for all ages.

Teen Fitness 101 is an exciting 6-Week Course that is a comprehensive fitness program designed specifically for teenagers (12–18 years old).
