Women with Weights

This 6 week, 60 minute, women only program, is designed to target and develop multiple
muscle groups at once, and is led by our own warm, energetic Bender JCC personal trainer, Camila Carvalhaes. You will build lean muscle which supports optimal metabolic function, burn significant calories in a short period of time, and experience an intimate training experience amongst a small group of other women looking to get stronger and build vitality.
