Teen Fitness 101 is an exciting 6-Week Course that is a comprehensive fitness program designed specifically for teenagers (12–18 years old) who want to learn the ins and outs of gym training, from mastering circuit training machines to understanding proper gym etiquette and incorporating functional training from a Certified Personal Trainer.
