Voices of Leadership is the Bender JCC’s annual spring event honoring transformational civic leadership. It is a night to be inspired by the impactful actions made by leaders in the Greater Washington community. Funds raised support scholarships, ensuring the Bender JCC remains inclusive and accessible.

Sip & Share: Women Connect

Join us on the 1st & 3rd Monday of each month at 1:30pm for a hot beverage, a little something for your sweet-tooth, and an opportunity to share ideas and experiences.
Canasta

Canasta at The Bender JCC is a great way to socialize with other members while also learning the skills and rules to play.
J Circle

J Circle is a series of programs designed for adults with disabilities to foster new friendships and a deeper sense of community at the Bender JCC.

The Bender JCC is proud to offer adults and students of all ages meaningful exhibits revolving around the Jewish experience, identity, and culture in a beautiful, warm, and welcoming gallery space.
Friends of the Arts

Arts and Ideas programming illuminates the human experience through concerts, literary events, films, and visual arts. Our program fees alone do not always cover the operating costs to provide these programs.

Hebrew Classes

It’s never too late to learn Hebrew! The Bender JCC is pleased to offer a variety of virtual and hybrid daytime and evening Hebrew classes year-round, from beginner (Aleph level) to advanced (Hey level), in Ulpan Ben Yehuda conversational Hebrew.
