This 6-week guided exercise program is specially designed to help reduce Parkinson’s-related symptoms. The group class provides a supportive and safe environment where participants can build strength, endurance, and flexibility. Through intentional movement and functional exercises, you’ll improve balance, walking patterns, posture, and overall mobility—helping you stay active and confident in daily life. Participants may also experience smoother walking, improved posture, and reduced tremors.
