Level 3 — Stroke Development
Students learn to swim in deeper water and begin developing true stroke techniques. Skills include rotary breathing, survival floating, treading water, and the introduction of front crawl and elementary backstroke. Kicking techniques for more advanced strokes also begin.
We follow the American Red Cross Learn to Swim Guidelines.
