Level 1 — Introduction to Water Skills
This level helps beginners feel comfortable and safe in the water. Students learn basic skills such as entering and exiting the pool, blowing bubbles, supported floats and glides, and simple arm and leg movements. The focus is on building confidence and water readiness.
Bender JCC follows the American Red Cross Learn to Swim Guidelines.
