ISRAEL AT 78: A TASTE OF ISRAELI CULTURE! Celebrate Israel in a whole new way!
This year, our Israel Day is taking on a fresh, curated format—smaller, more intimate, and packed with hands-on experiences. It’s not a carnival, but it’s still full of fun, flavor, and excitement for the whole family!
Your ticket includes access to all event activities, including our interactive workshops.
Workshops (30- minute sessions):
- Taste of Israel – Falafel Cooking Demo and samples with Chef Vered Guttman
One pita, many places! Celebrate Israel’s 78th birthday with a lively cooking demo with Chef Vered Guttman. Vered will show how to build the perfect falafel sandwich while exploring the ingredients that make it so special. - Rhythms of Israel – Drum Circle Led by Shaliach Yoel
Join this lively drumming circle led by Shaliach Yoel where participants learn traditional rhythms and make music together - Landscapes of Israel – Flower Crown Making Led by Shlicha Maya
Roots & Blossoms is an interactive workshop led by Shlicha Maya where participants design their own flower crowns inspired by Israel’s natural beauty and traditions. - Available all day:
• Israeli Dance: Learn and dance together
• Kid Zone: Enjoy face painting, bouncy houses, fairy hair, arts & crafts
• Food: Purchase pizza, falafel, and other snacks from Ben Yehuda and Tovavi Falafel
To participate in workshops, simply arrive early and sign up on-site. Spots are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
