Improve balance, coordination, and confidence in everyday movement. This class begins with simple movement assessments to identify areas that may contribute to instability or fall risk. Participants then perform targeted exercises to strengthen the core and lower body while improving agility, reaction time, and body awareness. Using tools like agility ladders, stepping patterns, floor markers, and stability drills, members develop safer movement skills. The class also includes education on common causes of falls and practical strategies to help reduce risk and move with greater confidence.
