Beginner Mah Jongg | Nov-Dec 2025

A large pile of Mahjong tiles featuring various Chinese characters, numbers, and symbols in green, red, and black.

At the beginner level, players learn the basic rules of American Mah Jongg, including tile identification, the Charleston, how to read the National Mah Jongg League (NMJL) card, and how to form a hand.
