Mark Seiler

Mark joins the Bender JCC with more than 13 years of Senior Executive Service experience in the Federal Government, most recently serving as Chief Financial Officer of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). He brings extensive experience in building and supporting high performing teams, financial management in complex and changing environments, strategic planning, budget formulation, and improving operational efficiencies. Mark’s arrival comes at an exciting time for the JCC, as the organization continues to grow and expand its reach within the community. Mark earned his Bachelor of Science and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Maryland majoring in Finance.
