IAC Teen Activism Day
- Teens
- September 7 at 11:00 am – 2:00 pm

IAC, together with JSU and community members who care deeply, are partnering on this program, that will bring together Jewish teens from across the DMV for a powerful and inspiring day.
Highlights include:
• A conversation with Leo Terrell, Chair of the DOJ Task Force to Combat Antisemitism, Senior Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General
• An interactive escape room focused on recognizing and challenging antisemitic tropes
• A Krav Maga self-defense workshop
• Heart to heart conversation with Sabina Soffer, recent college graduates who’ve faced antisemitism on campus
• Opportunities to connect, build community, and find your voice as a young activist
Our goal is to educate, equip, and empower Jewish high school students to stand proudly in their identity and take meaningful action against antisemitism in their schools and communities.
To top it off, the day will wrap up with fun, hands-on activities and engaging discussions and a delicious kosher lunch!
