Empower your wellness journey through a variety of movement and lifestyle workshops, including line dancing, Yoga, Balance & Strength Training and more. This is your chance to move, learn, and have fun–all while taking care of YOU!
Note: Workshop will require standing and moving for about 30-45 minutes. Please wear comfortable shoes. This workshop meets on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of each month. The program is free but registration is required.
