BUILDING UPDATE:
Starting 12/16/2025, the showers in the Adult Woman’s Locker Room will be closed for repairs. Locker rooms will remain open. The Family Locker Rooms will be open during the repairs and include showers. Work is scheduled to completed on Monday 12/29.
Lior works with a broad range of clients(ages 10-90) to improve their quality of life and overall fitness. Lior has 20+ years of experience as a personal trainer as well as experience in Taekwondo, Brazilian Jiujitsu, and is a certified Krava Maga & Muay Thai instructor.
