Earn your dessert! Come to the fitness center on Thanksgiving for four courses of exercise to take the guilt out of your enjoyment of that pie! Check in with Fitness Center staff for accountability and prizes.

1st Course: 10 Rounds
10 # Kettlebell Racked Squat (5 each side)
10 Kettlebell swings
1 Minute heavy rope

2nd Course: 10 minutes AMRAP (As Many Reps Possible)
10# Kettlebell Ground to overhead squat
10 # Kettlebell Lunges (per leg)
10 # Kettlebell Squat Thrust

3rd Course: 10 rounds
10 # Kettlebell Swings
10 # Kettlebell Rows
Heavy ropes 1 minute

4th Course: 10 minute AMRAP (As Many Reps as Possible)
10 burpees
10 # Kettlebell Alternating swings
10 # Kettlebell Presses (5/arm)
