An Overview of Bioethics from a Jewish Perspective
Tuesday, May 17 | 1:15 PM | JCC Social Hall

Join the JCC Men’s Club for a special lecture by Rabbi Steven M. Glazer, DHL, DD, Bioethics Faculties, Georgetown, George Washington, and Uniformed Services University Schools of Medicine. The amazing advances in science, medicine, and technology have been responsible for the rapid rise of the relatively new field of Bioethics. In his presentation, rabbi and bioethicist, Steve Glazer, will offer a brief introduction to the field (which covers issues ranging from in vitro fertilization to brain death) from a Jewish perspective. This will be followed by an interactive discussion of a sample case. Open to the community.

– Also, on Zoom.
