Join Chef Rachell for a pre-Shavuot kid’s baking class

No special tools required.

To cook along with Chef Rachell you will need:

  • 1 cupcake pan
  • 12 of your kids favorite cookies such as Oreos or Stella D’oro fudge cookies (anything that measures just under 2 inches wide and will fit at the bottom of a cupcake paper liner)
  • 12 paper cupcake liners
  • 2 cups cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 2 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
