February 13 – Learn to cook Shakshuka! This is a simple vegetarian meal that Israeli’s love to have for breakfast. This dish is made out of eggs poached in a sauce of tomatoes chili peppers, garlic, spices, and herbs. Exotic and delicious! The teacher for this class is Tomer Hillel, Israeli Shaliach at Beth Sholom Congregation. All supplies included.

March 19 – Learn to cook Boikos! Small rolls made out of cheese dough are perfect for a holiday breakfast. Kids and adults love them! They are really easy to make and absolutely delicious. Teacher for this class is Yael Shafrir, Israeli Shlicha at Har Shalom Congregation. All supplies included.

April 23 – Learn to cook Israeli-style Bourekas (Pinukim Bourekas). This is Israel’s adaptation of the Turkish burek (with a local twist) and is incredibly popular! It’s a great “Simple Dinner” and you can fill it with whatever you’d like – cheese, egg, greens, eggplant, meat and much more. The teacher for this class is Gal Naor, Israeli Shlicha at Bender JCC. All supplies included.
