8 Days of Chanukah Workout

Monday, December 23 – Sunday, December 29

Burn off those latkes and sufganiyot! Check-in with floor staff for accountability and maybe even a Chanukah gift for completing the 8-day challenge listed below. Complete the exercise on day one and each day after, add the new exercise to the previous exercise through day eight when you will complete all eight exercises!

Day 1 1 mile of cardio
Day 2 2 minutes of heavy rope (30 sec. increments)
Day 3 3 – 1-minute planks
Day 4 4 pull-ups
Day 5 5 Jumping jacks
Day 6 6 Triceps dips
Day 7 7 Squats
Day 8  8 Burpees
