These crazy days of quarantine and pandemic may have you on edge. Studies show creativity, crafting and self-expression really can soothe the soul! So join us for this 3-part series where local artist Denise Feldman will guide us through reimagining an old hardback book into a ‘holder’ of your stories. Then we’ll make decorative handmade tags to document your gratitude, affirmations, notes to self—or use them to simply add decoration to your altered book. We’ll finish the series with prompts to help you tell your stories in whatever form feels right. The end result is a personalized, handmade keepsake that captures your memories, stories, hopes and dreams. Your beautiful creation will easily sit open on display on a shelf, table, desk or entryway.
