Are you ready for a rewarding physical and mental challenge? Reduce stress while you increase flexibility, strength, memory, agility and balance through Tai Chi.
Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion. The class session will focus on the Yang Short Form.
Students should be able to stand on one foot for several seconds at a time and plan to acquire one new move per week.
