Summer 5K at the J
Did you complete our Couch to 5K program? Do you want to become more comfortable, more efficient and stronger at running the 5K distance? Are you a runner who can currently complete 2 miles (at any pace?) Then join us this summer for our Summer 5K program! This is a program to help runners transition to the next phase of the 5K distance by incorporating different components and techniques in order to build strength and speed. The targeted goal race will be the Kentlands 5K on Saturday, September 1 (race registration not included).
