Our youth fitness classes are designed for ages 10 – 14.

To help youth be more active through cardio exercise, calisthenics and using strength equipment, instructors will teach appropriate ways to exercise, how to incorporate equipment into the routine, and will provide healthy lifestyle tips. After completion, the participant can us the cardio and strength equipment along with a parent.
