Fitness 101: Strength Machine Zone

As part of our monthly series on fitness zone usage, you will learn during these 4 week, 60 minute classes the proper usage of the cardio area to maximize your workout. This class is appropriate for any or returning exercise youth or adult. Your tween can work out alone after completing these classes.
8:30 – 9:30 AM
6:00 – 7:00 PM
April – Free Weight Zone
May – Abdominal and Stretching Zone
